You deserve healthy, loving relationships built on trust and genuine connection.
Relationships can be hard, and healthy relationships take work. Sometimes, even our best attempts at communication and connection can fall flat. If you are struggling to build and maintain genuine connections that feel good and bring out the best version of you, I can help you improve your communication, conflict management skills, and bonding. Individuals, couples, and people in polyamorous dynamics seek my help to crack the code on what their relationship needs to thrive. I welcome LGBTQ+ and ENM/Polyam people and all relationship structures.
MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH
Therapy should be a collaborative process where your voice is valued and your personal goals are the center of our work. Together, we can address any obstacles you're facing and develop strategies to help you feel more confident, balanced, and empowered. I have experience using various therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based techniques to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and other emotional struggles.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Kean University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I am also currently a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in the state of Florida.
