As a queer person with ADHD, I understand what it’s like to move through a world that wasn’t built with our ways of thinking, feeling, or connecting in mind.

My lived experience allows me to hold space for others with deep empathy and without judgment, offering an environment where all parts of you are not just welcomed—but understood. If you are looking for a place to explore who you are and how you relate to the world around you in a way that is affirming to your experiences, I want to be here to help you process who you are and who you want to be. I strive to provide a space where your lived experience is expertise, and you can move at your own pace. I'm committed to anti-ableist, queer-affirming care to validate every part of your identity.

It is my strong belief that my clients should feel seen, respected, and supported as we work together on complex topics. Whether you want to explore yourself, untangle internalized narratives, or navigate some of the common struggles that come from neurodivergence, I want to help you feel confident in your communications and boundaries. I work to provide an empathetic and nonjudgmental space for you to be a self-explorer.

I commonly work with issues such as confidence and self-esteem, identity exploration, communication strategies, burnout, executive dysfunction, rejection-sensitive dysphoria, sensory overload, and navigating relationships as a queer or neurodivergent person. If any of those sound like problems you want to tackle and grow through, then let's face your challenges together!

MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH

As we work together, I hope to support you in self-growth and a willingness to try out-of-the-box concepts, supported by common affirming therapeutic strategies drawn from established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic interventions, person-centered therapy, and others as appropriate. I hold a Masters degree in clinical counseling from Webster University, and have experience working with the neurodivergent community, members of our LGBTQIA+ community, and those who are self-explorers.
