Whether you are looking for healing or discovery, I strive for a truthful, authentic, relational approach to help you realize your goals.

I have worked extensively with the LGBTQIA+ community, and I am ethical non-monogamy friendly. I also focus on those who are working through trauma, battling anxiety, or are experiencing life transitions that they want to more fully explore. Whether you are looking for healing or discovery, I strive for a truthful, authentic, relational approach to help you realize your goals.

I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who is looking to help you find healing and be your most authentic self. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore who you truly want to be, find healing and forgiveness, discover self-acceptance, and cope with the difficulties you have experienced. I want to build a therapeutic alliance and work collaboratively to discover your strengths together.

MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Jacksonville, and a Master’s Degree from the University of North Florida in Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in family systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems, and internal processing work. In addition, my specialty is in trauma treatment, specifically through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am an EMDRIA member, and use trauma-informed therapy to help you work through difficult thoughts, emotions, memories, and events so that you can be your most authentic and vibrant self.
